Belmin Group Ltd is pleased to announce that it has won a coveted award from IBM.

Purchase & Pay, the hosted e-Procurement service operated by OCGbuying.solutions was named Linux Deal of the Year 2003. Purchase & Pay is built upon IBM hardware and software, delivering Belmin's EROS e-Procurement solution to The Department for Work & Pensions and other departments and agencies.
