Belmin delivers DWP staff reward solution

Belmin has recently developed and implemented an electronic solution for The Department for Work and Pension's purchase of a range of High Street vouchers as an element of the organisation's Special Bonus Scheme.

In collaboration with Argos, DWP's eProcurement Tactical Solutions team and Human Resource (HR) Employee Policy Centre of Expertise, Belmin has successfully delivered this joint venture.

From 8 May, DWP Managers can make an immediate reward, recognising and thanking staff for specific achievements. Staff recognised for their achievements can choose vouchers between £25 and £50 from a selection of popular High Street stores and don't pay tax on them.

The solution is based on tried and proven technology currently used within DWP's e-ordering capability, Belmin's EROS system (used by DWP for its print and stationery procurement).
