Belmin Group appoints new CEO

Belmin Group Ltd is pleased to name Tony Field as its new Chief Executive Officer, with former CEO Jack McWilliam moving up to become Chairman.

Tony was appointed CEO on 1st April 2004, having become a Board Director at the start of the year.

Speaking on his appointment, Tony said, ‘I was delighted to be appointed CEO of Belmin Group. The company is moving into a new phase of its growth, with new applications coming on stream for Government and the continued development of the Health sector clients. This linked with the implementation, later in the year of the ARIES service will enable Belmin to continue to demonstrate its capability in supporting its customers with state of the art technology. Of course, none of this could happen without the dedication of the Belmin workforce of which I am proud to be a part.’

Tony joins the board having had nearly 30 years in the IT sector with companies such as IBM, BT and ECS. He brings particular strengths within the sales and marketing arena and has been Managing Director of both a software start-up and an IT services business. Tony qualified as a Chartered Director in July 2002.
